Madska is a quirky indie pop powerhouse hailing from Philly, PA. Headed by two friends who met on Facebook, Madska crafts music that feels both nostalgic and upbeat. With hauntingly beautiful vocals, Madska’s sound invites you to dance, hug your friends, and shed a tear all at once. Their songs evoke a sense of home and a desire to relive your favorite memories. Inspired by the likes of boygenius, Maggie Rogers, and Holly Humberstone, Madska is endearing, fun, and unapologetically vulnerable. Their debut album, The Big Splash, is streaming everywhere now.
Hit Like a Girl is the songwriting project of Nicolle Maroulis (they/them), joined by a rotating live lineup featuring Mol White (they/them) and Mike Davis (he/they). Queer heartache is a unique experience, and one that Hit Like a Girl knows well. Drawing influence from pop, emo, indie and even hardcore, the band channels yearning, love and loss into intimate yet catchy music. Hit Like a Girl strives to represent trans and queer artists, and inspire them to follow their creative pursuits.
